"I was looking through the reviews and was stunned that it was all stars across. My first encounter with Nationwide was terrible. I called to get a vehicle insurance quote. The gentleman on the other line sounded so vibrant. I thought he was going to be professional, to my surprise that wasn’t true at all. I explain to him what I wanted which was an insurance quote for my vehicle. He asked me the make and model and how much was I currently paying. He said that was about right. He asked my current insurance company. I told him, to make a long story short he hung up on me. My very first time calling Nationwide Insurance Co. He left a very BAD impression on this company."
