"For me I had a terrible experience with Chakeena M. during my review appointment. I felt that she didn't know exactly why I was being charged for a peticilar charge on my account. She kept saying "it could be this or it could be that". But didn't really know what exactly this charge was for. This tells me that when doing the review with a customer they either didn't prepare very well or just don't know, so how can we do a proper review if you don't understand why a charge is on the account and can explain it to the customer ao they can understand it. So at that point, I decided the call was done and I ended the call by saying "I have to go ,babe. Then hung up the phone. Mostly a waste of time. Didn't get anywhere or change anything. STATE FARM DO BETTER!"
